There is a saying “revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, and cash is king”.  Our firm understands this mantra and how important it really is to the success of any business.  Revenue is necessary but is effective only if there is some left-over at the end of the day (ie, profit). Profit is a prudent goal and absolutely necessary to ensure the business is sustainable in the long term, but profit can differ greatly from the reality of your cash flow situation.  Ultimately, cash is king and determines most of what a business can do, and if certain decisions can be make such as expansion of operations.  We will build a model to monitor your cash flow on a monthly, weekly, or even daily-basis if needed.
